On Oct. 7th 2008, Dr. Michael Lightner, IEEE 2006 Chairman and CEO visited University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) by the company of Dr. Ning Hua, Chief Representative and Director of IEEE China Office.
SUNY Hosts Undergraduates From Sichuan Province, China

Albany,NY - Twenty two campuses of the State University of New York's 64-campus system are opening their doors for the next year to 150 Chinese undergraduate students from the Sichuan Province of western China, site of a massive earthquake in May. The majority of these students come from 40 counties around Wenchuan, the center of the quake.
Passionate dialogue between Craig Barrett and Students

"You can do many fantastic things for this world, you may change the world, you could be the next Bill Gates" said by Craig Barrett, the Board Chairman of Intel, who was visiting our university. Last 23rd of June, Mr. Barrett made a speech titled "Unleash Your Potential, You Can Inspire and Empower the Community". It was about IT technology development, the importance of improving IT technology at universities and its impact for the entire world. Afterwards, Craig had lively discussion with our students.
